Text Snippets
Define reusable text snippets, text templates, and text expansion for use in any text editor on the web
Text snippets are perfect for: - Email responses - Customer support responses - Pull request templates - Checklists - Contract clauses
Defining a Text Snippet
To create a text snippet, click "+ New" and enter the snippet.
To edit a text snippet, click the pencil icon beneath the snippet.
Uploading Text Snippets from a CSV
- Open the PixieBrix Admin Console and find the snippet database created during activation
- Click "Export" to download the current snippets
- Add new snippets to the file
- Click "Import" and select the file
Using Text Snippets
- Toggle the snippet shortcut menu with the
\key in any text editor - Type to search. Your query will be replaced by the snippet
