Show Alert When Keyword Appears On Page
Detect a keyword from a Google Sheet and show an alert
by @pixies
How to Use
Get just in time reminders when certain keywords appear on your screen. Great for notifying you when there's a certain lead you shouldn't call, a fraudulent address, or any other type of timely based reminder you'd like.
Requirements
Google Sheet: You will need a Google Sheet with a tab named Keywords
with the first column named Type and the second named Keyword, and a third colum named Message. In the Type column, set the value to Flag
and type the keyword you want to watch for about in the Keyword column. Finally in the next cell, type the message you'd like to show when that keyword appears, like this! Keywords are case sensitive, so make duplicates with upper and lowercase if you want to catch them all.
Here's an Example Google Sheet with the correct format if you want to make a copy.

This is just the beginning! Once you activate your mod, the possibilities are endless. For example, you could create a form with different dropdowns that let you select different parameters based on the channel you're on or customizes some other aspect of it.
